We are shipping our orders about a week (3-7 business days) after payment is received and all questions/details are answered and clear. Please be very thorough with your details in the “Note to Seller” at checkout. If we have missing information or have any questions regarding your order we will message you through Etsy conversations. Please be sure to check your Etsy convo’s.
When we ship your order we will change your invoice status to “shipped” and message you, via Etsy conversations. Please check your invoice to verify the date shipped. This will allow you to estimate the arrival of your order.
We are happy to create custom listing for those clients that prefer them, but please try to find your selections in our shop first, as you may be able to build your order from existing listings. Otherwise, we are happy to help by making you a custom listing. :)
